二 | 分地区看，浙江、江西、海南、广西播种面积分别增加12.0万亩、6.5万亩、3.4万亩和2.1万亩，增长6.3%、0.4%、2.0%和0.2%。安徽、广东受种植结构调整等影响，播种面积分别减少10.0万亩和6.7万亩，下降4.0%和0.5%；湖南因播种期低温寡照秧苗受损，播种面积减少5.0万亩，下降0.3%。         　　今年国家持续加大对粮食生产的支持力度，实施多项强农惠农富农政策，稳定早籼稻最低收购价格和耕地地力保护补贴，加大轮作补助，稳定农民种植预期。各地层层压实粮食生产责任，统筹产粮大县奖励、绿色高质高效行动等资金支持早稻生产，有力调动农民种植积极性。         　　二、早稻单产有所下降          　　2026年，全国早稻单产397.6公斤/亩，比上年减少3.2公斤/亩，下降0.8%。分地区看，广西、浙江、江西、湖南、广东受台风天气影响，单产分别减少9.4公斤/亩、6.3公斤/亩、3.9公斤/亩、2.0公斤/亩和1.6公斤/亩，下降2.4%、1.5%、1.0%、0.5%和0.4%。

三 | 海南因上年受灾单产下降，今年实现恢复性增长，单产增加7.2公斤/亩，增长1.8%；安徽、福建、湖北、云南单产均有不同程度增加。         　　今年各地加力推进粮油作物大面积单产提升行动，大力推广机插机抛、合理增密、侧深施肥等技术措施，促进早稻单产水平提升。早稻播种以来，主产区大部光温水比较匹配，早稻长势良好。抽穗扬花期，江南、华南等主产区出现持续性强降水，部分地区早稻遭遇“雨洗禾花”，影响授粉结实，空瘪率增加，结实率下降。成熟收获期，华南等主产区遭受多轮台风影响，部分低洼农田出现渍涝，局部地块早稻出现倒伏，影响早稻灌浆和成熟收获。         　　三、早稻产量稳中略降          　　2026年，全国早稻产量565.8亿斤，比上年减少4.4亿斤，下降0.8%。分地区看，四个主产区广西、湖南、广东、江西受台风影响均有所减产，早稻产量分别减少2.1亿斤、1.1亿斤、1.0亿斤和0.9亿斤，下降2.2%、0.8%、0.9%和0.7%。非主产区中，浙江、海南、湖北早稻产量比上年略有增加，安徽、云南产量略有减少。今年早稻生产虽受不利天气影响产量略有下降，但仍连续6年稳定在560亿斤以上，总体保持稳定。         　　2026年我国夏粮实现增产、早稻保持稳定，为全年粮食丰收奠定了良好基础，为实现“十五五”良好开局提供了坚实支撑。
